How soon will my order be sent out?
Your item will be shipped within seven days of the order being placed, unless the piece ordered is no longer in stock. Custom orders will take longer, and we will endeavor to work within your requested deadline.
What shipping options do you have?
You may select from a wide range of United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service methods. The least expensive method will be highlighted for you when you go to estimate shipping or check out. The rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Jewelry isn't all that heavy, so they tend to be the minimum rates.
Do you provide international shipping?
Please note all duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. For information regarding duties and taxes please contact your customs office. Delays are common when shipping internationally due to customs and duties, please take this into account when placing your order. We do not ship packages overnight internationally.
Will I need to pay tax on my order?
Orders shipped to an address in California will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%.
Can I return my order if necessary?
We understand that jewelry is a very personal investment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the undamaged piece within 10 days for a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).
